Portrait of Roland Temteoechen by Sgt. Angelo Gepponi. Gepponi, officially assigned as a cook with the 77th Infantry Division in the Pacific theater during World War II, would produce portraits of his fellow Soldiers, in addition to landscapes and other works, during his down time.
